What age group is Soccerhood suited to?

Soccerhood is best suited for young kids between the ages of 3 and 8.

Most soccer circles are setup specific to a certain age group - the younger ones (i.e. 3-5 year olds) and the slightly older ones (i.e. 6-8 year olds), but there's no hard and fast rule - everyone's welcome and our coaches know how to adjust our games to suit everyone.

Does Soccerhood run in my area?

We're getting a bunch of new circles set up after  COVID - please submit a circle request form to make sure we have your area covered.

How much does Soccerhood cost?

Soccerhood costs only R80 per circle when booked online via the Soccerhood website - a saving of 20%!

Pitching up and paying on the day (through Yoco or Snapscan) costs R100, and is subject to places being available (each circle has a maximum capacity of 8 players).

How do I book a place for my child?

We're still in the process of setting new circles up - in the meantime, to get your a circle going in your area (at a time  that works for you), kindly submit a circle request form. On the back of this, we'll send your circle details and a link to book online. 

Some of our circles allow you to pitch up on the day and book a spot for your child using one of our approved payment channels - Snapscan or Yoco. This is great for play dates!

For safety reasons, we DO NOT support cash transactions - all bookings must be paid for via one of Soccerhood's approved channels.

Who are the Soccerhood Coaches?

Soccerhood coaches can be anyone with a passion for developing youth through sports.

Each of our coaches goes through an extensive application and development process before they receive their Soccerhood license and kit which enables them to setup their own soccer circle(s).

Can I setup my own Soccerhood Circle?

Of course you can!

You can apply to be a coach and have an area designated to you - we'll set up your listing and help you get everything in place to start coaching and earning.

Or, we can accommodate private Soccerhood circles - you provide the venue and players, we'll provide the coach, the kit and the games. Submit your request here.

Does Soccerhood offer a birthday party service?

Yes we do! We can arrange the most amazing birthday party for your little soccer star - from party stationery and decor, to a birthday cake and party pack for each of the guests. Obviously the coach, their kit and all the games are included. Learn more about running a soccertastic birthday party.
