    Pam is a Clinical Psychologist, Forensic Psychologist, Leadership Development Consultant, Parent/Child Educator and Mother of teen boys.

    In her various roles, Pam has coached executives, co-founded several companies, co-authored a book, and is currently writing her second book.

    She facilitated the GIBS Leadership Development programme in South Africa and has written numerous papers on Diversity Management and Moral Development processes in both companies and the country at large.

    Graham Howarth’s experience in education is rich and varied, with his role in leadership of schools spanning decades.

    Graham is driven by a deep desire to empower young people to become adults of significance.

    A graduate of the Leadership Development Programme from Wits Business School, Graham also holds degrees in History, notably South African history, which has been the catalyst in his desire to help facilitate change in South Africa.
