    Non alcoholic beverages and cocktails are those that do not contain alcohol or do not have alcohol as part of its ingredient

    They can also be referred to as soft drinks. They are often stored in cans and bottles and can be taken at any hour of the day. Unlike alcoholic beverages that are only available at licensed establishments, non-alcoholic beverages can be acquired almost anywhere. 

     



  • Rules for serving beverages

    • Beverages should be stored in designated areas at normal or standard temperature
    • Drinks must be served at specified temperatures – fruit juice, carbonated drinks and mineral water should all be cold, while tea and coffee should be hot
    • Any equipment used to serve beverages (like coffee machines) must be kept clean at all times and must be arranged in a manner that would allow easy accessibility when needed
