South Africa’s climate makes it well suited for fruit production
A lot of the fruit that it produces is exported to other countries, contributing a lot to the country’s GDP. While fruit provides economic benefits to the country, it also provides health benefits to its citizens. Fruit - the fleshy part of a plant (tree, bush, flower, etc) that protects seeds – is high in nutrients and fiber. It is usually eaten raw, and is characterised by its sweet (or sometimes sour) flavour.
