What is Creative Commons?
And how did it become part of the worldwide movement towards open education, open scientific practices, and open culture?
ccLearn, the education division of Creative Commons, answers these basic questions in a short online course called OpenMe!
Creative Commons wants to help define the spectrum of possibilities between full copyright (all rights reserved) and the public domain (no rights reserved)... Included in this course is a brief overview of the licenses, examples of educational projects using OpenMe_ licenses and a bunch of activities that will help to improve understanding in the world of creative work.
